PINOS ALTOS 12. Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in Cala San Vicente

Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.



A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa.

Pinos Altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name. Just a short walk from the beach and resort centre and with a bus stop along the road, it is an excellent choice for families with young children or for couples that want to relax.



There is a reception lounge area which gives access to the type 1 and 2 apartments, and to the sunbathing area plus the annex where we find the type 3 apartments. The main features of each type of apartment are as follows:



•Type 1 apartments have a twin bedroom, but with capacity for 4 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. There are 8 type 1 apartments, all placed in the main building. These apartments are nº 1-4-5-6-7-8-9-12. These apartments have air aconditioning in the bedroom and set on a timer , from 13: 00 hrs to 15:00 hrs and from 19:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs..



•Type 2 apartments have a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, but with capacity for 5 people, since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge are. There are 4 type 2 apartments, all placed in the main building.These are nº 2-3-10-11. These apartaments have an air conditiong units in each bedroom and set on a timer, from 13: 00 hrs to 15:00 hrs and from 19:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs.



•Type 3 apartments have two twin bedrooms, but with capacity for 6 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. They are all placed in the annexe building. These are nº13-14-15-16. These apartments have air con units in the bedrooms only. These units are not on a timer.



All apartments have a comfortable lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and open plan kitchens with microwave and electric hob rings together with fridge/freezers. Air conditioning units are also provided (one per bedroom) in the apartments type 1 and 2, also all apartments have furnished balconies or terraces (14 of them overlooking the pool).



The apartments Type 3 have a comfortbale lounge/dining area with satelliet TV, an open plan kitchen with electric hob/owen and fridge freezer. Air conditioning units are also available in these type of apartaments, all have balconies/terraces and two of them facing the pool area.



The large communal swimming pool with a children pool section is set in a paved terrace with plenty of space. These lovely apartments are ideal for families with children.



There also is a communal washing machine and a safe storage area can house up to 20 bicycles. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE, MUST BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD BEFORE CHECK IN.
