Villa Alvarez is a luxury, spacious and modern Villa in the heart of the Old Town of Pollensa. The entry of the Villa is directly into the wide and elegant lounge providing apart form f a good entertainment equipment. From here doors open towards the lovely " patio " and pool area, ideal place for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a BBQ and a big table for family meetings and dining under open sky. In this area there is also an outdoor bathroom and toilet.

Still on the same floor there is new modern American style kitchen, fully equipped with all items and devices you may need for a perfect holiday. Open the big sliders from the kitchen to unite it with the pool area to enjoy the most outdoors life in summer time.

Upstairs on the first floor there is a nice twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace perfect for sunbathing. On the same floor, there are two extra twin bedrooms each one with a private bathroom en-suite, all made with high quality local stone designs. Enjoy all the comfort it offers and the typical Mediterranean style.

In the top floor there is a magnificent 120m2 deluxe suite with a private lounge area to enjoy all the space you deserve, a little gym for the more active guests and a big dressing room for all your holiday clothing fashions! In this space there is also a high quality sofa bed for two persons.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

Villa Alvarez is situated on a privileged location, in the old town of Pollensa, just 5 minutes walk to the square and very center of the village where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are located, which makes of it a great choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere.

Old Pollença boasts a wide variety of good restaurants and the local cafes. The town is steeped in history and this is evident everywhere. Another highlight is the weekly market on Sunday, colorful with fruit, vegetables. nuts and spices.

Visit Pollensa town in the evening and participate of the huge variety of activities: restaurants, cultural events and bars are waiting for you !

You can also visit Puerto Pollensa beach, the harbor and the bay with its wide choice of water sport activities to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go water-skiing or regular jet-biking.

In Cala San Vincenc (or just as it is Cala Known to locals) there is a mini market, small restaurants Several offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.

Villa Alvarez enjoys a private parking in the same property. There is also a free parking available with lot of space 4 min walk from the villa.
