VILLA IRINA - 2 MIN WALK TO THE OLD TOWN

Villa Irina is a cozy villa located in the old town of Pollensa, just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, stores and the historic center of town, providing an ideal location for a vacation with friends and family.

The exterior of the villa maintains the typical style of Mallorcan houses with an excellent garden with private pool, enjoying a perfect tranquility, for those who want to be in nature and at the same time within the old town.

On the first and main floor, we find a spacious living room with several large windows that provide a great luminosity. It has two comfortable sofas and a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with your loved ones. From the living room you can enjoy beautiful views of the pool and garden, thanks to a cozy balcony located between the two sofas. There is also a small toilet with sink. Behind the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you may need during your vacations, and with direct access to the upper terrace and barbecue.

Passing the kitchen, we enter a large terrace with a table and chairs next to the barbecue, where you can cook various culinary delights. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower on the terrace to use after a swim in the pool. From the terrace, there are stairs leading down to the pool, which is surrounded by a stone floor and a beautiful garden with various flowers and trees.

This villa has 3 bedrooms. The first one is a light-colored master bedroom with a walk-in closet to store your belongings and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with fitted closets. In the middle of these two bedrooms is a large bathroom with bathtub.

All bedrooms and the living room include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

Villa Irina has two parking spaces. On the ground floor there is a covered car park and there is an outdoor car park also in the same villa.

Villa Irina is located in the village of Pollença, from where we can also see the beautiful mountain that leads to Puig de Maria. It has a fabulous location, which allows us to walk to any location in the village and is only 10 minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicent.

The town of Pollensa offers various places of interest such as boutiques, souvenir stores, restaurants, bars and cafes. It has several churches and beautiful streets to visit to learn about the history of this charming place. On Sundays, you can go to the market and find a variety of local products such as fruits, vegetables or spices.

Puerto Pollensa is the ideal place to relax on the beach or, for the more active, to practice water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking or jet skiing. On the other hand, Cala San Vicent will impress you with its crystal-clear waters and spectacular views. It has 2 main beaches and several coves that are part of the charms of the island.

The use of a car is not necessary, due to its excellent location and having services within walking distance. However, there are two parking lots if you wish to rent a car and explore the island.
