Beautiful Villa Luceta is in a great location, the beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are only 15 minutes` walk away. This fantastic resort has a big choice of restaurants, gift shops, cafes, all overlooking its huge sandy beach and harbor. This comfortable and bright 3 bedroom villa has a private pool and brick barbecue with nice views to the Tramuntana Mountains in the distance. There is free WiFi.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

The mountain views and its proximity to Puerto Pollensa´s beautiful sandy Bach and Pine walk is one of the highlights of this charming 3 bedroom villa. The private swimming pool is surrounded by an ample sun terrace to relax The brick BBQ and nice “ Al fresco “ dining area will guarantee to enjoy nice lunch events with family and friends. A handy WC is also by the poolside with external access only.

A small lawn garden leads to another inviting sitting area. There are easy parking facilities on the roadside in front of the house. The nice decorated lounge inspires with comfortable seating and a big flat screen with international channels. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen in typical Mediterranean style has a separate dining area with direct access to the pool.
All bright and nice decorated bedrooms are located on the second floor ,there is a twin bedroom with a large private terrace and two double bedrooms, one with a private terrace too. Enjoy the excellent view of the mountains and charming environment. There are two fully equipped bathrooms with shower.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
