VILLA RAFALS - JEWEL IN THE MIDST OF NATURE

Chalet Els Rafals is an authentic Mallorcan country house set in a privileged location in the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.



Surrounded by nature and offering stunning mountain views, it provides privacy, tranquillity and an authentic countryside experience in the heart of the Tramuntana. There is no mobile phone coverage in this area, allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings. However, the villa is equipped with excellent high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected whenever you wish.



The villa, with its rustic charm and traditional Mallorcan character, is arranged over two floors.



On the ground floor you will find a spacious living and dining room, a second lounge with satellite TV and international channels, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The traditional Mallorcan-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This floor also features a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower.



Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, available daily from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.



Outside, there is a covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and an outdoor dining space. From here you have direct access to the private swimming pool and sun terrace, the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful mountain views. Next to the kitchen you will find a traditional stone barbecue with a lovely outdoor dining area.



The property is set within an extensive private estate in the area of La Rafal, approximately a 15-minute drive from the charming historic town of Pollença, where you will find excellent restaurants, cafés, local shops and the famous Sunday market. Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç are both around 20 minutes away by car, offering crystal-clear beaches, spectacular coves and a wide range of water sports.



A car is highly recommended to comfortably explore the surrounding area and discover the spectacular landscapes of the Serra de Tramuntana.
