Villa Joana is located in a quiet residential area of Pollença and boasts Mallorcan charm. The spacious, open-plan house with a mountain view consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning (in all bedrooms) and a highchair and a baby cot upon request. Heating is also available upon request and for an extra charge. The highlight of this property is its private outdoor area with a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower. Please note that the pool has no safety barriers for children.The comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax under the sun with a good book while the outdoor seating areas are the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail or a meal with your loved ones. In approximately 9 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Pollença with shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. This is the ideal accommodation for golf enthusiasts as Pollença golf course is also only 9 minutes away driving (3.3 km). The seaside town Port d'Alcúdia is an 11-minute drive from the property where you will find all shops and services as well as the water park Hidropark d'Alcúdia. Here you can also spend the day at the long, sandy beach and soak up the sun. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 45 minutes (62 km).



Under no circumstances are any animals, including cats and dogs, allowed on the property. Additionally, please refrain from feeding or petting feral animals, as they may carry diseases and attracting them can lead to more wildlife issues. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure everyone's safety and well-being.

Parking spaces are available on the property.

Guests are kindly requested to follow the barbecue usage guidelines provided at the property.

Smoking is not allowed.

The pool fence is available and has to be requested before the check in.

There is an ADT motion sensor inside the dining room and in the hallway. Both are deactivated and can be activated with a user and code on demand for the safety of the guests. Otherwise, it is turned off.

The property is directed towards families and quiet groups. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Strictly no parties or loud events.
