This charming country house has an extensive lawned garden and a large private swimming pool. The pool faces the Tramontana Mountains, giving you your own private view of the hills. On one side of the pool there is a fantastic barbecue and outdoor dining area, surrounded by plants and trees. There is also plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful setting. A long cobbled driveway, lined with flowering oleanders and olive trees leads to the parking area at the front of villa Martorellet. The two-level living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, fireplace, wood-beamed ceiling, and exposed stone walls. On the other side of the ground floor is the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.The dining room has large windows overlooking the gardens, as well as a small seating area. The kitchen has access to the rear terrace. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms: a double bedroom and a double bedroom that share a bathroom. Additionally several excellent beaches are also within a short drive from villa Martorellet, both in the nearby Cala San Vicente, and in the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa.
