“I friend and I booked this hotel since it had good overall ratings, but it turned out to be the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had — we were literally fearing for our lives. We were given one of the rooms furthest inside the complex next to some other occupied rooms, even though it seemed like there were many other available rooms at the property. “Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. ”
