“An honest review with photos for proof! This place should be shut down as it is so unhygienic. They portray it as “4-star” resort and we had “deluxe” room which according to the receptionist was their best room. But it was a nightmare. Extremely dirty, mould on carpet, curtains and walls. Uncleaned bathroom drawers with hair and stuff! And worst of all a terrible smell from kitchen exhaust which came right through the gaps in the door. We complained but the receptionist said he is fully aware...

“Arrived late, found room key as promised, courtyard was dimly lit and room numbers either missing or faded and difficult to see But once inside found this rather unappealing exterior I found my small room to be very quiet, immaculately clean, furnished with nice bedding and towels, hot water for coffee or tea, fridge and microwave. Bed a bit too soft, but okay. The staff is friendly. Overall a great value if you need a clean, quiet overnight spot near the airport. Shuttle hours are rather...

“Service minded staff. The apartment with a separate bathroom was the perfect size for a short stay. In walking distance of cafes, restaurants, busstops and for instance, a hairdresser. Side notes: Pots and pans available on request at reception. ”

“Had a great stay at Quest Newmarket. Friendly staff and quick check-in. Awesome restaurants nearby, sweet lush park just up the block and cinemas down on broadway. A nice touch was the free on-demand movies on the TV. Would stay here again.”
