Also, a guest in an above room to ours left his bath tap running & then laid on his bed to "rest" causing his room & ours, to flood! “The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. “great b&b! we had a large beautiful ensuite familyroom facing the street with a large bay window with a view of the flow of the tidal waters. the bathroom was small but clean, but if you are a very large person maybe you will find it hard to fit. The breakfast was abundant. The pretty patio can not be used for brakfasting on account of the aggressive and very large seagulls roaming the area, so you eat inside wich is also nice. “Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again”
