Windmill Villa, a beachfront villa with private pool, for relaxing holidays

This contemporary beachfront hideaway is in a unique estate in Kalives beach, Sithonia, literally just a few steps from the sea.

Windmill Villa provides quality, private and comfortable residence offering self-catering accomodation and superb views of the sea, day and night.
In its spacious interior of 220 sq. meters, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests (adults and children), in five bedrooms, on three levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor). It offers 4 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa that transforms into 2 full size single beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned through wall-mounted split a/c units.
The villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 WC, and a separate shower room. 2 fully equipped kitchens are available for our guests to prepare their breakfast and meals and enjoy them in the dining area in the living room or outside in the terrace, the patio or even in the garden area. The beautiful private 2300 m² landscaped garden is full of olive trees, oleanders and has numerous spots to relax.
The private swimming pool (11 m x 4,5 m) is an exciting new addition (2025) in the garden area, a perfect spot for cooling and relaxation.
A barbeque facility is provided in the premises, for guests to prepare and enjoy their grilled meat or fish.
Free linen change and house cleaning after 4 nights. Everyday cleaning can be arranged upon request (extra charge based on a pre-fixed price).
Free Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the villa.
We also provide 8 sunbeds in the garden area and 3 umbrellas for the seaside.
