âWe liked the location. Unfortunately our overall experience was sub par and our communication with the office was poor. For starters, the instructions for the wifi were all wrong. There was a collapse in one of the kitchen cabinets resulting in glasses being broken and scattered on floor. There was no light in the hall. There was substantial dust everywhere but particularly in the bedroom. When we contacted the staff, they were very polite but did nothing. We have stayed in Kamaole Sands for...
