Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 24 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 82cm wide. There are 10 steps from the patio area to the poolside. The path to the pool is 134cm wide. The terrace is tiled. Inside, there are 11 steps down to the main living area and the downstairs bedroom. There are 9 steps up the the remaining bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom doors are 72cm wide, whilst the bathroom doors are 64cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 110cm wide.
