“Friendly staff and main part of hotel appeared cleaner than the room. The room we stayed in needed a serious deep clean. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and smelly feet. We opened the window but there were no screens. The carpet was very stained and likley the cause of the smell. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. I kept my socks on to walk around the room. “The pool is incredible, the hotels breakfast is fresh and varied, the staff is helpful, it’s 15-20 minutes from Lincoln for dining options and the Kancamagus Hwy. I’ll be back! ”
