This room opens directly onto the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 2 separate bedrooms are each configured with 2 beds, and both rooms also provide direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space. A shower room with 2 separate WCs and a double hand-basin completes the ground floor bathroom facilities. On the upper floor, a large bedroom with a dedicated dressing room features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and opens onto a private balcony.
