The living room is the heart of this inviting apartment, with a large sectional sofa perfect for relaxation. The TV is ideal for streaming your favourite shows, and the dining area comfortably seats four, providing a cosy space for meals.

The kitchen, though compact, is efficiently organised with modern appliances. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with all necessary cooking utensils for preparing home-cooked meals.

The bedroom offers a restful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and lamps for late-night reading. A full-length mirror adds convenience, and the room's tasteful decor enhances the ambiance for a peaceful night's sleep.

Guests will have complete access to the entire apartment, located on the 2nd floor. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own space during your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

R. dos Clérigos 11 is located in the lively city of Ponta Delgada, a hub of culture and history. Nearby, explore the vibrant streets of the city center, with its charming cafes, local markets, and historical landmarks such as the iconic Portas da Cidade.

Public transport is conveniently accessible from R. dos Clérigos 11. The local bus station is within walking distance, providing connections throughout the city and beyond. Taxis and car rental services are also readily available, offering flexibility for further exploration.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
