Alzira Square, a Home in Madeira

Alzira's Place welcomes up to four guests in one of Madeira's most pleasant areas for a holiday, combining the peaceful atmosphere of the village with the proximity of the sea and the mountains.

The apartment is 110 m² and comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 × 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, a balcony and private parking.

It is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms, a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The property is in a residential building in the village of Ponta do Sol, where there are many restaurants and cafes.

Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

Less than 200 m away there is a supermarket, a restaurant and a cafe, but within 400 m there are other restaurants, cafes and bars. The John dos Passos Cultural Center is 350 m away and Ponta do Sol beach is 450 m away.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

The accommodation is located in a residential area, but there is potential for noise from motorcycles and cars driving on a nearby street and dogs barking in the neighbourhood, especially during the day if the windows are open.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
