  • A small, very cozy two-room apartment in a great location. Completely renovated. Balcony with a view of Castellaccio. 100 m from downtown, the ski lifts, and the supermarket.
    Near the ice rink. Near the golf course. Swimming pool 500 m away. Parking space. Garage available upon request. 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy: 2+1. Please note that the municipality of Ponte di Legno charges a daily tax for guests over the age of 14, payable upon arrival. Please take the utmost care of the house. At the end of your stay, please put the clean dishes back in their place and dispose of the trash.
    Kindly note that upon arrival, guests will be asked to pay 40 euros in cash for cleaning fees.

The property is perfectly located at the midpoint between the main ski gondola and the historic center, five minutes' walk to each. It’s a little tight for two adults and two children but it is as shown in the pictures, and it worked for our family.

Great little flat for town and skiing

I stayed with my son for a few days of skiing in March. Flat was perfect for two people, neat and tidy, everything we needed. 5 minutes walk to the gondola taking you straight into the ski area and then 5 minutes walk the other way into the lovely little town. Cristina was super helpful and responsive, before our arrival and during. Flat has a parking space which was great.

Super consigliato: bello, comodo e confortevole!

Siamo stati soddisfattissimi della nostra scelta! L'alloggio è piccolo ma c'è tutto quello che serve e gli spazi sono così ben studiati che c'è posto per riporre ogni cosa (anche in bagno, mentre dalle foto non sembra). I letti sono molto comodi (materassi di qualità, piumoni soffici). A due passi da tutto: gli impianti sciistici, i negozi, il centro paese, con la comodità di poter lasciare la macchina sotto casa. La signora Cristina è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Al piano terra c'è anche la possibilità di riporre scarpe, sci e scarponi in un armadio con chiave privata. Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa. Anche con il famoso "senno di poi" sceglieremmo di nuovo questo alloggio: super consigliato!
