There are never enough staff to provide a timely dining or breakfast experience. The staff are very pleasant but the limited staffing makes a responsive service impossible. Access to the rooms can be up the fire escape stairs from the rear car park, best for us, or through the bar. And we took advantage of the cutlery and plates offered for our takeaway. Brilliant!
