Sommarstuga med öppen planlösning inom gångavstånd från Westbourne And Beach

Garden Cottage är en modern öppen planlösning som ligger i det välmående och önskvärda området i Branksome Park, Poole, och har tilldelats ett Certificate of Excellence av TripAdvisor. Stugan erbjuder alla de förväntade moderna bekvämligheterna och lyxiga detaljer som hör till en Boutique reträtt. Med 2 sovrum och flexibelt sovande arrangemang erbjuder det utmärkt boende med familj eller vänner.

Stugan närmar sig längs en lugn och avskild bostadsgata. Parkering finns för 2 bilar på uppfarten och det finns gott om parkering på gatan. När du kommer in i fastigheten hälsas du med ett exceptionellt ljust, välvt öppen planlösning. Den mysiga loungen har en stor bekväm soffa med platt-TV, HI-Fi, WIFI och öppen spis. Vid behov kan soffan öppnas i dubbelsäng. Köket innehåller alla nya, moderna apparater inklusive en ugn, elektriska spisar, diskmaskin, nespressomaskin och mikrovågsugn. Ett grundläggande välkomstpaket tillhandahålls vid ankomsten. Det finns gott om förvaring och inkluderar ett integrerat kylskåp och frys. Matbordet har plats för 6 personer. Stora altandörrar ger tillgång till den avskilda och fridfulla trädgården. Uteservering och matsal finns på huvudområdet uteplats och däck.

Att klättra på några trappor leder till sovrummet med eget badrum och ett andra sovrum bredvid familjetoaletten, duschrummet och separat tvättstuga. Det ljusa och luftiga sovrummet innehåller en king size-säng, garderob och rymdutrymmen och platt-TV. Anslutet är badrum med badkar / dusch, toalett och handfat med fåfänga spegel. Det andra sovrummet innehåller en dubbelsäng som kan delas upp i två singlar efter behov. Foder och handdukar av hög kvalitet tillhandahålls. Alla sängkläder och handdukar byts var sjunde dag.

Stugan ligger bara 15 minuters promenad från antingen Westbourne centrum och alla trendiga butiker, barer och restauranger som den har att erbjuda eller tillgång till stranden genom Branksome Chine. Längre bort finns det enkel åtkomst till A35 eller A338 som tar dig till Poole Quay respektive Bournemouth centrum.

Perfect relaxing stay

The garden cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay to visit relatives. The house is fully equipped for 6 people, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and some laundry supplies. The beds weee comfortable and the house a delight. We enjoyed proximity to the beach, shopping, highway and town center. Ashley has a truly special place here and I’m hesitant to rave too much in case we can’t book it again because it gets too popular!!

Lovely stay beautiful property inside and out

Had a lovely stay with the family. Great space and a lovely touch of croissants jam and Easter eggs much appreciated ! Even sat on loungers outside on patio one afternoon. Easy walk to Bournemouth lots of stops along the way and Poole Sandbanks. Thankyou both for a lovely stay and already looking to see if we can return next Easter ! X

Fantastic find

The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend.

Great Cottage 15min walk to the beach

We had a pleasant stay at the Garden Cottage! Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything you need. Only 10-15min walk to the Beach or next Pub. Very much recommended!

Fewell Wedding Weekend

The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. Couldnt fault it.

Location Location Location

The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation. Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb. We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

Very comfortable stay in a nice location.

The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees. This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends. Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

Fantastic family holiday

Property was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room for the whole family and the seating outside was wonderful. Would definitely come back and stay again.

A very enjoyable stay

A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

Garden Cottage

The house has a great open plan layout with plenty of light and was very well presented and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating and a table. The location is good for the beach and the promenade. We'd stay again

Wonderful Location

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth. The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too. Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.

Excellent Property & Location

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property. My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage. This should be highlighted in Advert

Lovely accommodation- just disappointed in the second bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but there is no surface for products so had to use the windowsill and floor. The bedding was also inferior. Overall the bedroom was not equal in terms of luxury when two couples are sharing the cost. Kitchen area: there were items of chipped crockery, no egg cups, serving spoons or serving bowls.. The steep front steps are not mentioned in the description which may be an issue for some people. Our overall experience of the accommodation was very good but hope the above would help to improve the marketing of the property for the hosts.

Wonderful time

We had a marvellous stay with my son, the house is somewhat magical, we loved the little attention left for us such as croissant and candies. The location is quiet and sunny, the huge windows are amazing for that. Very close to the beach we walked there every times. A great property for a self catering stay.

The property was fitted and decorated to a high standard with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid safety was well covered. It was located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Pubs restaurants, shops and beaches were a very short drive away or a 15-20 minute walk. Overall it is very hard to find any fault and I would highly recommend staying here.
