“most everything about our stay was good but the breakfast service was a joke. No plates, no eggs ( empty serving warmer)no breakfast meet . The lady whose role was to keep the breakfast area stocked was at the front desk talking with other staff. Breakfast service is often the last opportunity to leave clients with a positive impression… not so good this time when I travel, I usually stick with your brand of facilities, but I must say what a disappointment it was at this particular hotel”

“Security of the building was nice. The building is built on a hill, so it has a first floor and a ground floor. Ground floor is the location of the indoor pool and the work out area. The first floor is where the desk and lobby are located, breakfast was great it is served to guests from 6 am to 10 am. Rooms are clean and nicely equiped. I had an issue with the shower drain stopper being broken and flush of the toilet being really hard. Other than that it was a great stay.”

“When we arrived the room was 90+degrees and took 4 hours to cool off. Also unfortunately the room seemed to have a leak in the ceiling near the window so the ceiling was moldy and even the picture on the wall under it was moldy. I'm not especially sensitive to mold but I can only imagine that everything in the room had mold spores.
