*Private TINY HOUSE in the country--all yours!
*Lots of natural light
*Loft with double futon--Loft ceiling slants down sharply--you must mind your head!
*Spiral staircase width 18"
*Single bed plus small sofa downstairs
*Bathroom with 36" x 36" shower
*Fully equipped apartment sized kitchen
*Dining area will seat three slender individuals

* House dimensions: 16' by 12'

The space
*This is a pet free environment. However, the grounds are shared with many rescued cats and 16 charming chickens, including a rooster who crows in the morning.
*This is a smoke free environment--smokers and vapers are not permitted anywhere on the property. If you smoke, vape, or intend to have guests who do, please do not apply.
*AC window units & portable radiator heaters cool and heat the interior very well.

*Relax on the porch or sit under the live oak trees shading the balcony.
*Take a walk down our lovely country roads past horse and cattle ranches
*Bring your bicycle and explore lightly travelled country roads
*Free range eggs readily available if desired

Guest access
The entire Tiny House and immediate environs are accessible to the guests. When entering the house yard, guests are asked to be very mindful of keeping gates closed.

Other things to note
*Please note that this is a Tiny House--very compact! We suggest a two person maximum for stays longer than two weeks.
We clean and disinfect according to CDC guidelines.

*A security deposit of $350.00 is required for stays of one month or longer.

Charming Tiny House

This property was absolutely delightful. It is in the country and very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the birds singing. The host was kind enough to provide farm fresh eggs and english muffins for us, and the hens were right there to visit. The house is very small but quite cozy and has all the comforts of home. There is WIFI, but no TV so you get a nice little escape.

Wonderful tiny house

Brenda was a joy to have as a hostess. Very nice to work with as well as to just have a pleasant conversation with. She provided so many nice little extras like eggs fresh from her own hens. This was a very nice and quiet place to relax.

Tiny House Heaven

I could not have asked for anything more. Mrs. Brenda is one of the kindest people on the planet! it was such an honor meeting her and befriending her. i will be a life long friend as we connected in such a powerful way. we are both lovers of all creations and bonded over many different subjects. the tiny house was beautiful and very well equipped for my needs. the instructions we very helpful so i didnt need to bother her with a million questions. it was very cozy and calming place to stay. i would highly recommend staying there and i will be staying there again for sure!

Was traveling in southern Louisiana and Mississippi for work and did not see hotels in the area. So glad I found this tiny house! Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it.

Tiny house, big privacy.

We found this property while searching for eventual lodging on the coast, where we would terminate a motorcycle ride. None being available or just too pricey, I booked the tiny house which was not far from our rides starting point. Easy drive to Lumberton and Popularville, about an hour to the coast. Shady and quiet with wandering cats, chickens, and the odd fox or two. The house is immaculate and Brenda, the owner, is very welcoming and goes out of her way to insure a great stay.

Tiny House Lane

Our first every stay in a Tiny House set a very high standard to follow! VRBO hostess Brenda has truly thought of every necessity and most conveniences and stocked her tiny house accordingly! We wanted for nothing at all during our stay. Fresh eggs (and a daily visit from the hens!) for breakfast was a very nice touch! You really don't need to bring anything except yourself and a want to relax... you will find it on Tiny House Lane.

An unexpected wonderment.

Brenda was an amazing hostess! My wife and I had one of our most amazing stays in the many years that we have been using VRBO. The house was quaint and perfect! We were greeted with all sorts of extras such as eggs straight from the "henitantiary" for breakfast as-well-as snacks and "King Richard" (a cat with the loudest purr known to mankind!). I really can't tell you enough about how much we enjoyed our time with Brenda and her fur&feather babies. It was an experience that we will remember for a lifetime. Brenda made us feel as welcomed as a member of her family. We are planning on coming back in a couple of months purely to stay again because we loved it so. I would give it 9.9 stars if allowed, I only deduct the 0.1 due to the fact that she does not live closer so that we can see her more frequently :)

I needed a break and just wanted to do a quick getaway close to home. Plus, I also wanted my first experience in a tiny house. Brenda’s little gem did not disappoint. Charm, Country Living, and Relaxation

We reserved the property to attend an event for which a friend and I had purchased tickets, but the event was cancelled. There was no hesitation in retaining the reservation; the reviews were so positive and the "tiny house" was calling to us. It was everything you would want in a VRBO experience, truly exemplary.

Baseball & Blueberries

We were in town for a baseball tournament at PRCC and the high school. Ms. Brenda made sure we felt very welcome! She was also very helpful whenever we asked, like suggesting we visit the Blueberry Jubilee (and try their pancakes-yum). The tiny house was cool and quiet, and we had a very enjoyable stay!

Cute cottage getaway.

Brenda was very responsive and flexible with our arrival. We were visiting family nearby with very limited accommodations. It was a pleasant surprise to find this little gem. Tiny house, big heart!

Brenda and Ira's tiny house is packed full of all the essentials you'd possibly need during your stay, and has an overabundance of charm and southern hospitality to boot! There are plenty of parks to explore and we easily filled our days with picnics, fishing and checking out new disc golf courses - thanks to the maps/info Brenda gave us and the UDisc app it made finding them and playing through the first time a breeze! Even our rainy days were enjoyable as we could browse Brenda's book collection or lounge around and play one of the card/dice games we'd brought along. Despite being close quarters it was quite comfortable for the two of us to relax and enjoy our rare chance at a getaway from our busy daily life.

Sweetest country tiny house
