“You really come here for the spa, hotel is very nice as well. Room and bathroom are great except for the cold leather couch and random red ottoman along w the weird old wood table, just a strange mix of design but if you are looking for a very nice hotel you can look past it. You need a car to eat off property. Food at hotel is excellent but other restaurants at sister property not as good. If you want something else you need to drive. Breakfast in room daily is lovely. Would recommend! ”

“Amazing Hotel at lake Lugano. Well maintained and beautiful gardens with view over the lake. Even more nice than the pictures. Great service at check-in. We got an upgrade and got a newly renovated room/apartment with lake view. Very luxurious and nicely decorated. We even got a kid schampo, soap and a bathrobe for our daughter. She was very happy. The hotel offers a lot for kids. The pool areas was unfortunatly not included in our room rate, but there are so much else. Like wall climbing, a zip...

“Unser Aufenthalt im Porto Letizia Apartment P16 war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und modern eingerichtet, was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat.
