The ground floor apartment of 80m² has three double rooms (160 bed) that can accommodate up to 6 people.

It consists of an open and equipped kitchen with induction hobs, an oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, SENSEO coffee maker, citrus press, toaster and kettle. A living room with TV-WIFI opens onto a terrace and small fenced garden with outdoor furniture (table, chair and electric grill). A bathroom with independent toilet completes the rental. A hairdryer, a travel cot are also provided. You have a private double garage in the basement of the residence, allowing you to park a vehicle and secure your bicycles.
