Family house 400m from the sea for 8, Pornic

"Gulf Stream" is a 130m² family home renovated in the Nantes style over three levels with a garden and terrace of 20m². It is located 400m from the beach, Thalasso and first restaurants and only 500m from the train station and Pornic town centre.



It has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a dormitory bedroom under the roof on the upper floor with four single beds that can accommodate up to 8 people.



On the ground floor is a living room - library with TV and WIFI access. Two double bedrooms (160 beds), bathroom and WC complete this level. On the roof floor is a relaxation area for children with board games and video game consoles, a bedroom (4 x 90 beds) and a bathroom with WC. The top level consists of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room with access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter and capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, citrus press, kitchen utensils and food processor. An independent WC and a third bathroom complete the rental. For maximum comfort you have a washing machine, three hairdryers, an ironing board and iron, a travel cot and outdoor furniture (table, shade sail and charcoal barbecue).



The property is ideally located 400 metres from the "Coastal Customs Path", as well as the Blue Flag labelled "de la Source" beach and is also close to the main points of interest

Explore the historic town of Pornic, its old port and castle. Set sail for Noirmoutier or enjoy a day at sea fishing. On foot or by bike, embark on the "Vélocéan" adventure, a coastal route that follows the coast from the seaside resort of Pornic to the small port of Collet, nestled at the bottom of the Bay of Bourgneuf. An iodised route, which you can punctuate with a swim or a tasting of the famous local oysters. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice Creams and Jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious "St-Michel" Galettes and without forgetting the Pornic cheese "Le curé Nantais", whether hot or cold.
