Family home 10-300m from the beach + garden
Enjoy an ideal location 300m from the beach and coastal path to enjoy south Brittany on foot or by bike. Discover La Côte de Jade, its coves and sandy beaches in a preserved natural environment, combining the charm of the countryside and proximity to the ocean.
This family home of 200 m² for 10 people is ideally situated on a private property of 4000 m² set back from the main roads and lined with hedges.
The floor comprises a living area including a lounge and dining room, equipped with a television, wifi and a fireplace. It also offers direct access to a vast veranda fitted with solar awnings and overlooking the garden. The open-plan kitchen leading into the dining room is equipped with gas hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a filter and capsule coffee maker MALONGO and TASSIMO pods, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, potato ricer, rice cooker, steam combination unit, etc.). On the sleeping side there are two bedrooms with single beds (80x200) or double beds (160x200) depending on your preference and a mezzanine with two single beds (80x190) and a desk area. A bathroom with bath and shower plus two toilets complete this level.
The ground floor offers an independent studio of 45m² completely furnished which has a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a second with two single beds (80x200). Then an open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area, equipped with a standing table with stools, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. The lounge has a television and provides access to a wooden terrace of 15m² with outdoor furniture. (Table, chairs, barbecue, parasol) A bathroom with WC completes the studio.
For maximum comfort, you also have at your disposal two hair dryers, an ironing table and iron, a washing machine and an additional fridge-freezer. Air conditioning is available in the studio's living area as well as in the upstairs lounge.
You have one covered parking space in the garage and three outdoor parking spaces on the property.
