Choose the Jade Coast for a vacation where everything can be done on foot or by bike. Set off to discover a varied and authentic heritage. Take advantage of the ideal location of your accommodation to discover the maritime city of Pornic.
The completely renovated house was created in 1830 and is part of a group of buildings emblematic of the history of the city of Pornic. At the beginning of the 19th century, the building was part of a thermal establishment called “sea baths” with lounges and games rooms. Later the building also served as a casino before becoming a hotel. Then became a home in the 1930s, it has kept the elements of decor and layout that make it so charming.
Stay in this historic house classified as furnished tourist accommodation 3***, completely renovated of 126mÂČ and its 21mÂČ outdoor courtyard that can accommodate up to 7 people.

Upstairs it has two double bedrooms, a dormitory bedroom with three single beds, a small lounge area offering an extra bed then a bathroom and a shower room with WC. On the ground floor in order to make you feel at home, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, citrus press, dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher, toaster, toaster, kettle and a space open to the dining room. Along the quays and its terraces, a promenade joins the solid castle built in the 13th century, emblematic of the city, then the path returns to the north to the marina and the Noëveillard blue flag beach, then to the south the path advances along a ledge towards charming coves, the thalassotherapy institute and the beach of Fontaine-aux-Bretons.
In the city center, stairs and streets creep between fisherman's houses and then the stroll becomes gourmet with an ice cream at the Fraiseraie, a delicious local institution! Foodies do not leave without having tasted all the other local specialties such as “Moules de Bouchots” and “Spirulina de Retz” from the shellfish farming area of La Plaine sur Mer, the famous “St-Michel” cakes and galettes, in moderation, the Pornic beer “La Brigantine” in moderation, and not to mention the only local cheese that is as good hot as it is cold.
