You will have a spacious living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its own bathroom and a balcony to enjoy a good meal outside!

The flat:
Located on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...

Sleeping area:
- A spacious bedroom with a Queen-Size bed, large wardrobes and a bathroom open to the bedroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a hairdryer and toiletries to start the stay.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A large balcony of approximately 8m², furnished with 3 armchairs and a sun lounger. Sunny from about 10am to 5pm, sheltered from the wind.

- Relais Thalasso - Château des Tourelles at 750 m (9 min walk).
- Plage des Libraires located at 1.1 km (13 min walk).

Pornichet is a dream destination, and will seduce you with its multitude of water activities: swimming, fishing, paddle, surfing, windsurfing... Take a walk along the coastal paths and discover the endemic fauna and flora during your hikes, bike rides or horseback rides! If you are eager to discover new things, go to La Baule for lunch, to Le Croisic to discover its Océarium or to Guérande for its ramparts and salt marshes...

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. A deduction from the deposit may be made if necessary.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- A private, secure parking space for all types of vehicles is available.
- The stairs to the flat do not have a ramp.
