A Southern Belle is a lovely home with spectacular beach views. This front row beauty has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 17. As you walk in the door, you are instantly at home! The open living room, dining, and kitchen area are perfect for family gatherings! The well-stocked kitchen has everything necessary for family meals, morning coffee, and evening cocktails. On the main floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a king bed and an attached Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs will take you to a quaint sitting area with a sleeper sofa. You will also find 3 beautiful bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Bedroom two will have 2 queens. Bedroom 3 will have a queen and twin/twin bunk, and the fourth bedroom will have a queen and a twin bed. One of the bedrooms even has a port-a-crib for the youngest family member. The views from the upstairs balcony are breathtaking! When you tire of just looking at the beach from the spacious decks, you are steps away from sand in your toes! The covered area downstairs is perfect for BBQs, eating at the picnic table, and children running around laughing. Be sure to take a refreshing shower after a fun-filled day on the beach! You will be charmed by this "Southern Belle" and may never want to leave.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights' rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
