This Crystal Beach vacation rental, located in the Tidelands Subdivision, was built so you’ll never forget you're at the beach. The interior is bright and cheerful with comfortable seating in the living area and extra seating at the kitchen bar allowing everyone to enjoy meals together. Close to the Big Store and even closer to the beach, this home boasts a wall of windows which showcase the wonderful Gulf views. Comfortable furniture and the open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas make this retreat perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing in the air conditioning. The deck features plenty of space for sunning as well as a covered area that is perfect for enjoying a meal or drink with friends and family. What could be better than grilling your catch of the day and enjoying it outdoors? This charming beachfront house will allow you to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures in life only steps away from the water.

Please note, Hurricane Ike forever changed the footprint of Bolivar Peninsula, therefore some homes listed as beachfront may have a lot and/or street in front of it. This is the result of the uncertainty following the storm where some property owners elected to participate in the government buy out of lots that fell in what later would be considered within the vegetation line established by the State of Texas and subsequently included as part of the public beach. Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted with a fresh, welcoming scent that set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The home was in pristine condition—everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The pillows, linens, and kitchen were all fully stocked, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The view from the window was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time out on the spacious deck, which had plenty of comfortable seating (with extra cushions conveniently stored in the closet). Every detail was taken care of, and we truly appreciated the care and attention that went into preparing the home.We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Out Getaway

Our stay at this cabin was wonderful!! It was a getaway with my husband and sister. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beautiful sunset and sunrise from the deck was the highlight for us. Cobb Real Estate had everything in order for check in. It was everything and more. We will be back!!! Everything in order

Whatta view

This is such a charming two bedroom that I would consider buying it. Had a few maintenance problems with the electrical systems (broken breaker for the heater, thrown breaker for the hot water heater) but the staff was amazingly responsive. I am afraid I may have left some ice cream in the freezer--please don't downmark me as a renter for that? Will rent this unit again

My husband and I celebrated 38 years of marriage there and were not disappointed but so blessed with the beauty of the beach house and the view of the beach. It is literally steps to the beach and the views were so very beautiful. I would love to rent that home again next year.

We cleaned the garage when we got there it had dirt and weeds inside of it and the outside shower had mold on the floor .The inside was nice . I would stay at a different house next time I go to Chrystal beach.

It was clean, had a great view and had only the necessary sand dune and a single car wide road between us and the beach. The house was well-appointed with dishes, etc. and previous tenants (or Cobb) had left a few amenities like dish soap, a few spices, etc. The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable, etc.,etc. I would definitely recommend this beach house. The Cobb people were professional and helpful.
