Seabatical sleeps 18 in beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom comes with a king bed; the third bedroom has a queen bed; and, the fourth bedroom accommodates 4 with queen over queen bunk beds. The large loft has 4 twin trundle beds and a bathroom with standup shower.

DOWNSTAIRS features covered parking, an outdoor shower, and seating area to enjoy grilling, playing games on the lawn, and listening to all the ocean sounds. With the easy walk to beach in front of the house, you can get all your beach toys to the sand quickly and easily.
