The house features a wraparound porch equipped with a picnic table and three tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony, perfect for watching beautiful sunsets.



The modern, open great room has a plush sectional with room for all to relax and enjoy the large screen television. For culinary enthusiasts, the fully stocked kitchen awaits, complete with Keurig and traditional coffee makers for your morning brew rituals. Three separate seating areas provide ample room for dining! High speed internet and an on-site washer and dryer complete the comforts of home.



The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, while another bedroom offers its own regal king retreat. Bedrooms three and four each feature 2 sets of cozy queen over queen bunk beds, perfect for restful nights after a day of beachside adventures.



Downstairs, a charcoal grill invites you to sizzle up a feast, complemented by a picnic table and convenient outdoor shower for post-beach refreshment. Engage in friendly competition with a basketball hoop, or simply unwind on the outdoor swing amidst a fenced yard that ensures safety for children and pets.

Pet owners rejoice! Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
