We loved our stay at Salty suites! Everything was working and very clean, the host was good communicating and offering help of what we could need. Rooms are spacious and the coastal decor is a nice touch. View is beautiful too, and very convenient location to go walking to the beach. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

I have mixed feelings about this VRBO stay. The property itself was lovely, and the location was incredible — practically beachfront and exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by poor hosting.For a vacation rental at this price point, the lack of basic amenities was surprising. There were no condiments, limited toilet paper, no extra paper towels, no dish towels, insufficient trash bags, and none of the small touches that make rentals feel welcoming, such as games or thoughtful extras. The towels and linens were also underwhelming and felt well below expectations.Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the host. Communication was consistently poor from beginning to end. Simple questions required multiple texts and phone calls before we received any response at all, leaving us feeling ignored rather than valued as paying guests. When we did manage to reach the host by phone, the interaction was unexpectedly passive-aggressive and dismissive, making us feel as though our questions and concerns were inconveniences instead of a normal part of hospitality.Owning a beautiful property is only half of the equation; being a responsive, gracious host is equally important. In this case, the host’s attitude and lack of communication significantly detracted from what otherwise could have been an exceptional stay. Guests shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase down a host for assistance or feel uncomfortable asking reasonable questions.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. The property was infested with fire ants—even on outdoor furniture. There was black mold on railings and furniture, plus trash scattered around yards and parking areas. The internet was painfully slow.The couches and beds looked like second-hand store furniture covered with cheap slipcovers. Parts of the flooring are coming up and appear damaged. The washer/dryer rattles the entire floor loudly when running, and the microwave sounds like a V8 truck engine. This place is NOT what is advertised online. The photos are misleading.Property management was terrible. No Issues were resolved. Only delayed texts or emails, with little urgency and no in-person assistance.The hot tubs barely worked. Ours, along with neighboring units, would not heat above 89F, and once jets were turned on, the temperature dropped rapidly. Even worse, we received electrical shocks while plugging in tiki lights due to what appeared to be faulty outlets or grounding. That is a serious safety hazard.This property needs inspection by licensed maintenance, electrical, and sanitation professionals. We spent good money expecting a quality stay and feel completely ripped off. Nearby properties appeared far nicer and better maintained.The only positive was the beach view. Everything else fell far below expectations. Also, the on-site golf carts were rusted and poorly maintained near trash areas.Two words describe Salty Suites: FALSE ADVERTISING.

The attention to detail on these cute suites really made our stay extra wonderful! Absolutely recommend you book here! The access to the beach and the views were perfect for our little weekend getaway! Great access to all the shops and restaurants too! The hot tub was a bonus too!
Sunrise was gorgeous and I’m not even a morning person! I could be with this view!
I loved sitting out at night! The view of the stars, ocean waves, and moon was SO magical! This picture does no justice!
Enjoyed watching the Pelicans cruise by the suites all afternoon!
It was unbelievably quiet! The perfect dose of relaxation I needed!

Our suite was perfect! Exactly what we expected but still pleasantly surprised due to other places we’ve stayed not living up to photos and descriptions. Communication with host was top notch. All accommodations were perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped to handle cooking meals for our family of four. Great water pressure, great views, great hot tub! Would highly recommend! We did notice it looks like another place is going up in the empty lot in front of this one so we are glad we still had the great straight view of the ocean!

Host was fantastic, providing quick answers to any questions. Would have given five stars, as the view was stunning, but the upstairs floor was very uneven as the laminate flooring was not secure. The only other negative thing was that the people next door had four dogs which they left in the condo all day and they barked nonstop. The condo overall was wonderful and its location by the beach was perfect. Would stay again.

Balcony view was the best. Entire unit had everything we needed. Did not get to try hot tub, but that was a nice addition. Would recommend adding a k-cup coffee maker.
