“This is our 2nd stay in 3 months. And even though we lost power they were very accommodating. What i dont like is lavk of coffee or the doors being locked so often with open sign on. I understand no one wants to sit in there all day though.”

“We arrived at the property late, and the door wouldn't open. I called their number but didn't get an answer initially. However, when I called again, someone picked up. He arrived quickly after we hung up, and we realized that the door just needed to be pushed hard to open. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, the location was quiet, which was nice. “The house we rented had a lock issue that the owner resoled pretty quickly. After getting in we found the place a mess, the cleaning crew forgot to clean up the property. The owner had another house 2 blocks away that was newer and nicer that he let us stay in. He also gave us an extra day to stay for all the troubles. Outstanding way to handle a big problem with a customer!! Five stars all the way!!”

“I give this house a 10 out 10. The house itself is gorgeous & location is great (4 minutes from the big store & beachfront ). The kitchen is very fully equipped and ready for any event. The rooms/beds are so comfortable we all slept like babies. We’ve have a tradition for 5 years to go to Galveston and honestly this house tops all houses we have stayed in. ”

“The house is a short walk to the beach on a quiet street with easy access to the main hwy in Crystal beach. The house does have a portable ac/dehumidifier downstairs which is wonderful to keep the house feeling comfortable with how humid the air is. The half bath outside is not usable as the floor has a hole/weak spot, so we did not use it. The kitchen amenities are great and having the spices, salt, pepper, tea and coffee is above and beyond what any other rental we’ve stayed at in the area....
