Vackert privat poolhem

Mycket privat 3 sovrum Pool Hem utan grannar i utsikten från poolen. Väl beläget 5 minuter till Port Charlotte Beach eller centrala Port Charlotte med många fantastiska restauranger och shopping! 8 eller fler extra stränder var som helst från 20 minuter till en timmes bilresa. 2 timmar från Miami eller Ft Lauderdale. 2-1 / 2 timmar från Orlando / 1-1 / 2 timmar till Tampa. Stor södra Florida plats. Vårt hem är välutrustat och kontinuerligt uppgraderas. Poolen har västlig exponering som möjliggör solsken från mitten av morgonen till resten av dagen inklusive utsikt över vackra solnedgångar. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV / videobandspelare med promenad till poolområdet. Stort badrum med badkar, dusch, dubbelt handfat och klädkammare. Det andra sovrummet är utrustat med en drottningssäng och LCD-TV inkluderar separat badrum och går ut till poolen. Tredje sovrummet innehåller två tvillingar nära det tredje badrummet. Det stora öppna vardagsrummet med walkout till poolen och 65 "4K TV / Home Entertainment System och höghastighets trådlöst internet finns i hela hemmet.

We took a family trip at the end of October and had a wonderful experience staying here. The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was perfect for walking or biking. What we enjoyed the most was the pool and outdoor area. We spent most of our vacation at the house because it was so comfortable and private. The host was available for questions and always responded quickly. If we ever visit this part of Florida again I would positively stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this house for our wedding anniversary last year and we enjoyed it so much we decided to bring the children down so they could enjoy it as well. House is maintained well and has everything you would have at your own home and then some. We love the screened in pool and patio the children spent most of their time out there. NO NEED TO LEAVE THIS HOUSE!

EVERYTHING you need for a vacation soaking up the sun is at this house. Get you some groceries and settle in down here for the week like we did. There's no need to leave this house!! The house had every creature comfort you can think of, was beautifully furnished throughout with quality furniture, and was so nice and private. We so enjoyed the extra large main bedroom with the patio access and mornings with coffee on the patio. Nadine was so kind and helpful, super attentive to any message I sent her and we truly cannot wait to come back down here again to escape the northern cold. My husband and I love to travel and this is by far our favorite home we've stayed in. Thanks for sharing, Nadine!

Perfect Place

Even though we couldnt swim most of our stay and we had ac problems, the house was perfect for our family. Anything you could need in a kitchen was there. Games, puzzles, speakers for music, and so much more. We even added a pool float and some puzzles to the collection so other guests can enjoy them as well. The location was so quiet and perfect for being away from the chaos and hustle and bustle of Florida. The landscaping was immaculate! Perfect for photo sessions. We would recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home and great location

I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to stay there. The pool was absolutely wonderful, we spent a lot of our time at the pool. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet. The booking process, checking in and out was very easy. I would give this home and process twelve stars out of 10.
