The check-in representative was very friendly and efficient although the computer was slow. Bed is very comfortable. Only problem was with so many pets allowed on premises, the elevators smell like wet dog and room has a bit of an odor as well. Would still stay here again as it was a restful night’s accommodation.

Clean and comfortable if a bit noisy. The walls seem thin, but my sons enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub!

The room 226 had stains all over the carpet. I had to make sure my 4 year old did not roll over the floor and was wearing slippers at all times. Breakfast was gross. Overall the stay was a 7/10 because the staff was nice.

The hotel seemed to be undergoing construction of some sort and there was another business next door that was under construction. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was as expected. It is convenient to the Punta Gorda Airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel room had dirty carpet and didn’t smell clean. There were construction workers that were apparently staying at the hotel that were doing work on the roof. They were loud in the morning as early as 6:00am. The hot tub had leaves, cigarette butts and other trash when we arrived. The pool was full of leaves. I understand that it was very windy that day, but the leaves were still in the pool at the end of the next day. The coffee was very watery and the eggs tasted like the imitation kind. There was not a variety of oatmeal or other items that we’re used to having at other hotels.

Room 326. Dismissive, flippant staff. Dirty room. Dripping, disgusting, unusable bathtub. Smelly lobby. Under renovation with crew staying at hotel. Most of parking lot taken over by renovation crew and equipment. No advanced warning of renovation on website. Pets at motel.

Hotel is fine. There was a very strong fruity deodorizer smell in lobby and breakfast area that is not necessary. Remote in fitness area was missing.
