Welcome to Villa Oceania, your perfect vacation retreat! Our private 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is located in the heart of South Gulf Cove, a peaceful community surrounded by stunning waterways, nature preserves, with an easy commute to pristine beaches. Beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler) and 5 bicycles are provided for your enjoyment.

The space
As soon as you step inside, you'll feel right at home in our tastefully decorated coastal Villa. The living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day at the beach, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light.

Kitchen is complete with everything needed, including dinner ware, pots, pans, utensils, knives, etc. The small appliances include, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, sandwich maker, and a blender.

The cozy master bedroom includes a king size bed, 1 dresser and 2 night stands with bed lamps and a ceiling fan. Walk-in closet with lots of provided hangers (a Graco portable playard is also stored here). The master bath includes a beautiful glass/tile-wrapped shower and plenty of lighting.

The living room and master bedroom TVs are equipped with Roku smart TV's allowing you to login to your apps to enjoy your favorite shows.

The guest bedrooms are separated by the common areas from the master suite. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. One bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night stand and ceiling fan. The other has a sturdy bunkbed incorporating a twin over full and a nifty pull-out trundle; along with a dresser and night stand. Perfect setup for children or grandchildren.

The location
We are away from the hustle and bustle of most of southwest Florida yet close to beaches, dining, entertainment, shopping, parks, and trails. Our favorite beaches are only about 15-20 minutes away. If we are looking for a quiet beach day we head over to Boca Grande Beaches for the sugar sand and stunning teal water. When we are looking to go hunt for shark teeth and grabbing a meal at the beach we scoot over to Englewood Beach. Easy commute to Blind Pass beach, Manasota beach, and Siesta Key, Nokomis, Venice for many other stunning beaches. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys, cooler etc. available for your use during your stay.

Publix, Home Depot, gas stations, and several restaurants, are all within 8 miles. Dollar General is right outside South Gulf Cove, super convenient to drop in for last second necessities.

If you love to golf, you are in luck! There are dozens of golf courses within minutes of our home. If shopping is your jam, head to Port Charlotte and/or North Port to find just about any store you can name.

We are also surrounded by restaurants. A few of our favorites (all within 25 minutes) are Mariachis, Big Bamboo, South Beach Bar & Grille, The Waverly, The Sand Bar, Farlows, Magnolias and Lighthouse Grill.
