I am sorry but I have regulars that come and stay that are severely allergic to dogs/dog hair. There are lots of places in town that accept pets!
Please do not pour grease down the drain. At check-out DO NOT strip the beds, just turn down the comforter of the beds that were slept in.

Cute House

The property is as described. A cute house in a quiet neighborhood, very comfortable, beautifully furnished, very well maintained and a friendly and personable host who responds immediately. If I should be in this area in the future I would stay here again without looking elsewhere.I highly recommend this property. Thank you Norma for a very pleasant experience!

Perfect experience!

My friend and I stayed a week here. The house is very nicely done on the inside. Quiet & convenient location. Screened back porch was a pleasant place to sit morn & eve. It had everything we needed. We discovered beach gear that we used happily at the end of the week. I would choose this home every time I visit! The owner was quick to communicate and very kind.

Great location

Everything about this house was just as listed. The location was great for the 3 of us: close to the airport and close to Punta Gorda where we we were going the next day. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of dishes to make cooking and eating easy. We enjoyed the screened porch for eating. Wonderful stay.

Great location, great host

House was clean, check in process was very easy, communication was great. Location is walking distance to great food. Had coffee on the enclosed back porch every morning with no noseeums. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. The check out process was seamless, Would definitely stay here again.

Great clean and well supplied home

Absolutely wonderful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. It was in a great safe, quiet neighborhood that I could get a 1-2 mile walk every day with no worries. It supplied anything you think you need and more. Beds were comfortable and AC worked as needed. It had a crock pot and beach towels also! Appliances were quality and easy to use. The screened in back area (lanai?) was spacious and a place to sit out in the fall rain with cross stitch. This was a gem for sure and we look forward to going back again ….if available later this winter. We could walk to Luigi’s restaurant or the local quilt shop. Driving to everything was perfect with this location. Communication was very good too.

Great little gem in the heart of Port Charlotte

Nice 3/1 right off Tamiami (Hwy 41) close to everything. Rented for myself and a couple of friends from out of state. Very convenient to my house and getting them out to see the sites. Place was very clean and had all the essentials. Norma the owner was easy to communicate with making our stay go well. There was a small issue with the A/C but Norma responded right away. She and her husband were there within an hour to get it fixed. Definitely would recommend this place and will use again.

Great Iocation

This property turned out perfect for our stay. It was a quick ride to our event hub and also not far from many of the places we had planned on visiting during our stay. Our hostess was very good at communicating with us and we found everything we needed in the home.
