The house was just perfect for our stay. We loved our stay there. The host was so nice. My son and husband fished off the dock everyday, and my daughter enjoyed playing in the pool. We had a very relaxing trip.

Sugar ants infested the upper bedrooms. Tiles falling off the pool. We had issues with both ac units requiring 2 visits by ac techs. Owner knew there were problems with both air handlers because they had plastic bins under each unit in garage to catch condensation. This was my first bad experience with vrbo. Glad to discuss further or provide photo evidence.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly responsive and truly delightful to work with from start to finish — she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and seamless. The home itself was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had a great layout that easily accommodated our entire family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, which made a big difference for a group stay. The pool was absolutely beautiful (although cold even heated due to outside temps), and the setting on the canal was peaceful and scenic. Everyone was very happy and comfortable throughout our time there. We also loved the circular driveway, which made parking easy and stress-free with multiple vehicles. Overall, it was a fantastic property and a host who genuinely cares — we would happily stay here again.

Lovely place

The house, pool, and canal were all wonderful. My son caught his first fish and crabs which were delicious. Boca Grande was our beach of choice and it was a nice drive and $6 to access the island. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Outstanding experience

Wow, what an beautiful home and overall awesome experience and the host Sofiya was incredible! We worked through some booking challenges with VRBO, she was always prompt to return all my texts and checked on us right after getting in to see if everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Don’t overlook this property, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
