**All new hardwoord flooring put in 2024** This mobile home is within minutes of beautiful Lake Erie, Put in Bay , Kelly's Island and many many more area attractions. This home has everything you need washer,dryer, full kitchen 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room and covered porch. All on a 1 acre private country lot. The parking area is big enough to access with lots of space for parking and boats!

Perfect for what we need

3rd time staying, it’s exactly what we need. Nice rural setting, clean, plenty of room, and the gas grill always gets some use after a day of fishing.

Nice property however there were used linens left in the LR and one of the bedrooms. Was unable to get the TV to work properly in the kids bedroom. There were 2 remotes with no batteries. Property seems to cater more to men that charter fishing boats than families.

Quiet and clean

It may be promoted as a home base for fishing trips but we used it as a quiet getaway after our touristy excursions. Clean, spacious, secluded but not remote. Everything we needed was there plus TV's in the bedrooms to unwind if one was so inclined. Sunrise from the deck with a cuppa was a great way to start the day and the wife loved ending the day with massage chair. Check-in procedure wasn't forwarded but was easy once you got to the door. Would recommend and would seek to stay again if visiting PC or the Islands again. Thank you!

Short Cedar point trip

Great place to stay in the area. About a 40 min drive to cedar point (where we visited) but drive was easy. Lots of beds and house was clean!

Nice quiet place

The bed sheets were not clean in the back bedroom. The shower drain was clogged also in the back bathroom. Broken dryer but the owner was very nice and apologized. We didn’t know about the bed sheets until we were going to bed otherwise we would have told him while he was there and I’m sure he would have fixed it! Other than that everything else was clean and nice. Good location, nice neighbor, and private!
