The lobby personnel were really helpful, butâŠthe cleaning lady left the balcony door on the first floor sometimes open and sometimes unlocked. We got one towel on the room for two people. The pool towels were really expensive: 10⏠rent day/towel and 10⏠deposit, the souvenirs stores sell cheaper towels. But we skipped the pool area all together. The âentertainmentâ was too loud, and lasted long into the night with âartistsâ singing songs in wrong key. We were second from shouting âSing it correctly or go home!â
