We had a great stay at this property! It is in a great location right along the beach and two blocks from the Crazy Norwegian! We really enjoyed the jetted tub in the bathroom and the beautiful window ocean views during bad weather on our stay!

Solo Trip

There's no yard and no privacy when you're outside or in the hot tub. The house is on a busy intersection with no buffer from the street, pedestrians, and neighbors. The person staying next to me during my trip had lots of visitors all weekend, which prevented me from wanting to enjoy the hot tub, especially during the day.This house is located on the bottom level with another unit upstairs. I would have liked to have known that because that threw me off, mainly because the parking seemed unfit for more than one guest, and I wanted a house, not an apartment. I think the unit upstairs is not a VRBO but a private residence. It would have been good to know, mainly because I was traveling alone. I don't think anyone was up there all weekend, but again, it was awkward since the back stairs access points are shared. The yard just seems neglected and non existent. They should really work on creating a better yard, or being clear that there really is no yard. The living room widows really should have curtains. Especially since the house is locatedOn such a busy intersection. The refrigerator didn't stay cold enough to keep food stored properly. I couldn't figure out how to get the tv to work for anything beyond streaming.The pros: the jacuzzi tub, the view from the living room, the hot tub when its late and no traffic, the double head shower in the second bathroom!The early check in!!

Needs Attention

Overall good. Needs some TLC regarding floors and outside. Bring your supplies as they basically have salt and pepper. No toaster. No laundry items. Dish tv needs attention. Could be really cute just needs some attention.

Great view nice place

The house is clean and tidy. The view over Port Orford is gorgeous. Main bed was comfortable, and jetted bathtub was a nice touch. Easy walk down to a lovely little beach by the dock. My improvements would be to put screens on the windows! The house is very stuffy and warm, and we opened windows but felt weird doing it w/o screens. There are no window coverings in the main bathroom and I was not comfortable feeling exposed while getting in and out of the bath. Otherwise a lovely place.

South Oregon Coast View

Everything about the house was great. We had difficulty with the WiFi, but we have no limit data on our phones, so no biggie. May want to address this for future guests. As well, the remotes may need new batteries. I’m pretty adept at things, so we were able to make everything work. Just a head’s up. Otherwise, the place was really nice. The view was amazing, which was great because it was blue skies and VERY windy during our stay.

It was good. We had a problem with the tv intermittently not working and someone was a able to get it working remotely. Many of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans are completely worn out and need to be replaced.

5 star location.

We enjoyed this property very much. It is well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap. The ice maker, dish washer and laundry all worked well. Hot tub was very clean and warm. The location can't be beat in Port Orford. We walked most anywhere we needed to go. The grocery store is a short drive. This is a well laid out house. If you want to go to bed early, the master bedroom is far enough away from the living room to cut down noise. The furniture and bedspreads are old with some stains. Some dead bugs in the cabinets. As other reviewers have stated, it would be nice to have screens on the windows to reduce the bug issue. We were blessed with a week of amazing weather and the sun will bake you through the living room windows. Shades would be nice. Those are small issues. The value of this place with location and amenities gives it 5 stars from me. We will definitely be back.

Best Views

We enjoyed 11 night stay. The rental was clean and very comfortable. Needs some updating. My husband enjoyed the fishing boats at the wharf being lifted up. The unit needs to include a BBQ. We had friends join us for weekend. We plan on renting next summer for maybe longer.
