Per the lease, you’ll cover any electric over $150/month (keeping the thermostat reasonable will make this easy).



We’ll walk you through maintaining the water filtration system and dryer when you move in.



Minimum stay is 90 days—perfect for snowbirds, remote workers, or anyone looking for a peaceful extended escape.
