This property was so good and exactly what we needed as a family of six with dogs! Very nice area and the access to the Cyprus Trail was such a plus. Super clean and fully stocked for a 4 night stay. Also, if owner continues NOT to charge 1500 for “possible damage” fee then you could not convince me there is a better place to stay anywhere near Paris Island.

Very cute property with plenty of space for everyone, including the fur baby! Right next-door to the Cypress Wetlands trail and within walking distance of restaurants, parks, and the Y if you need to go relax by the pool. Just a couple minute drive to Sands Beach. This is the perfect place for a little weekend getaway!

This is a great place to stay for families picking up their new Marines from Parris Island. The place is super clean and great for a larger family. It's spacious enough so you don't feel like everyone is on top of each other. The wetlands are great visit to unwind. The only thing that we had hiccups on were finding the WiFi for some crabby kiddos. I also felt like the checkout directions were a little vague for me. I just wanted to make sure that we were good guests.

The property was great. Inside the house was very clean and neat. I couldn’t find the outside trash bin so I did text the owner and he was compliant as to where I can put my bag of trash. Highly recommended.

Positives- met our needs for marine graduation week. Right next to trailhead for Cypress Wetlands which is a must see. Short walk to great coffee shop. Lots of beds, beds were comfortable. Quiet back patio for unwinding.Cons- unfortunately this overshadowed the positives. The fridge and freezer reeked of rotten fish. After opening fridge the entire main floor reeked. The smell remained our entire stay. We could not use the fridge/freezer.
