No refunds will be provided for events outside the owner or host’s control, such as weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, though a travel credit may be offered at the owner or host’s discretion. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner or host from any claims or damages arising from your stay, and you assume all risks associated with use of the property, including recreational activities or amenities. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, and any award cannot exceed the total amount paid for your booking. This agreement is governed by Florida law, and any court actions must be brought in the state of Florida. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable. Payment of your booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.
