Sol Mate, fÀrdigstÀlld 2017, var professionellt inredd i en elegant men bekvÀm strandstil och eftertÀnkt fylld med ett överflöd av bekvÀmligheter. Ligger vid norra Ànden av Kap; Det Àr en kort promenad till St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, och bara nÄgra steg till sand och vattenkanten. Simma, kajak, paddleboard och leka i Gulf och Bay.

BottenvÄningen har parkering för upp till 5 bilar, hiss tillgÄng, en utomhusdusch och lÄsförvaring för strandleksaker. HuvudnivÄn innehÄller ett rymligt kök / vardagsrum / vardagsrum. Tio fottak och en vÀgg av fönster ger ett ljust, luftigt och öppet samlingsutrymme.

Amazing!

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. If you are looking for relaxation and a house that is fully stocked with everything you’d need for a vacation, this is the place for you. The property managers were very responsive and were quick to fix a maintenance issue we had. We’d definitely stay in this house again and any other property managed by Be Our Guest. Beautiful, quiet retreat!

This house was amazing! It was well equipped, had a lot of amenities provided that most places don't include. The views were outstanding! We especially appreciated how equipped it was for our little ones. This is not a hustling and bustling area, but rather a quiet, calm slice of heaven! We really enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular

No detail has been missed at Sol Mate - truly a vacationer’s dream. Just to name a few of the many details that impressed us during our week here: beach towels provided, nightlights and retractable baby gates installed, all the beach gear you could dream of, full size shampoo and conditioner bottles in each shower, laundry detergent/dishwasher pods/trash bags provided, and so much more - all allowing for an easy & worry free vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook each night. The house and beach access are spectacular. The views, especially of sunset, are unmatched. On top of all that, when we had an issue with one of the AC units during our stay, Brian had it repaired within 2 hours of my email informing him of the issue. Truly impeccable. We cannot wait to return!

Family time at the beach.

Our family loves the location of Sol Mate. We’ve never stayed this close to the beach- it was steps away. The house had plenty of bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great family vacation! House is perfect for large groups. Lots of space to spread out. Property management was super responsive to questions and easy to reach. Would 110% stay here again. The house is dreamy! Loved all the details, including the outdoor toilet. Perfect!

Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our spring vacation! The house is BEAUTIFUL and the elevator is a great addition! You are literally just a few steps down to the sand! I did have to contact the management team and they were very quick to respond and the owner even came by to check on us to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Best place ever!

The house and location was amazing. The house was spotless. This is the first one we have stayed in that we didn’t have to do something to when we arrived. Every thing you need is there! When we arrived the elevator was broken and Brian immediately rushed over to fix it. Donna is a champ when it comes to helpfulness. She went above and beyond the call of duty to be sure we were happy. We will definitely be looking to come back to Sol Mate. The beach was beautiful and the house met all our needs. Thanks Brian and Donna for a wonderful vacation 2020.

A Wonderful Vacation at Sol Mate

This property is absolutely fabulous! Our family has stayed in many beach properties and this is by far the best ever! The home was extremely clean and comfortable, not to mention the close proximity to the ocean. Every day was a wonderful experience in a super clean house! The management company was extremely courteous and helpful, particularly in their follow-up to our stay. We are so excited to visit Sol Mate next year!!

Best beach, best beach

Sol Mate has absolutely everything you will need for a perfect week on the most perfect beach! We especially love having two dishwashers. The kitchen is very well stocked to feed a big group and you can watch the waves while cooking and eating. The high ceilings and huge windows give you amazing views of the beach which is right there, so close. We are already looking forward to our stay next year, thank you for offering such an amazing home to rent.

Great beach house and management....

This was our second year staying at Sol Mate and we will definitely be back. It has been maintained well and truly has everything you need for a week away from home. It's rare to find a rental in which the owner has taken such care to provide everything you need and of the nicest quality. Plenty of dishes, two dishwashers, ice machine, great linens, outdoor shower, beach towels, all the beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle board). The owner stopped by to check on us and we notified them of two items to ensure they knew about them, but we told them it didn't present an issue for us (electrical outlet didn't work in kitchen....we just moved the toaster to the other side). They had someone out later that day to check on it. Thanks for a great stay and for providing such a fantastic home for a family beach vacation.

The property is great but the water pressure was weak the entire two weeks.

Very disappointing how poor the water pressure was. The house is good. I do wish the laboratories in the downstairs bathrooms were larger. We enjoyed the chairs, kayaks, and paddle board.

Great family vacation on the water

We had a fantastic vacation in Cape San Blas! The home was perfect for our family. My husband and I spent the week there with our two small kids (ages 3 and 11 months), my mother, and aunts and uncle. When we arrived, we were able to access the property easily and used the elevator to bring in our luggage, stroller, and other baby gear. The house is right on the water so we spent the afternoon on the beach with the kids. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrellas in the storage room. The area has a "leave no trace" ordinance, so be aware that anything you carry down to the beach needs to be taken back up to the house at night. That was no problem for us, since the house is just a few steps from the beach. Brian and Lisa texted us the evening that we arrived to make sure that we had everything we needed. They were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and tips on visiting the state park nearby. The house has a great binder with lots of local info. Be sure to get seafood from the local trading post! Our best meal was the one we made at the house with fresh caught shrimp, sautéed veggies and pasta. The pantry has a variety of spices, salt, pepper and oil. We found plenty of cookware in the kitchen and beautiful serving dishes for our family dinners. We loved the laid-back vibe of this area. It was perfect for a beach vacation with little ones. We will visit Cape San Blas again!

Beautiful Sunsets!

This home is exactly as the pictures show, absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean! It's spacious and open, so even with a full house there is room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked with enough dishes/pans/utensils that made cooking pleasurable. The beds were comfortable, with quality linens. A few steps out the door and you were on the beach of white sand and beautiful water. The best, were the gorgeous sunsets right out your door!
