“I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations.”

“I stay often in Pass Christian and this location is perfect, central to Gulfport to Bay St. Louis. 20 mins to airport. Restaurants, bars and beach within steps and downtown near, walkable. Hotel is a little dated, room 203 with 2 dbl beds could use some upgrades, but loved the convenient location, the small patio with chairs overlooked parking area behind building, bed was comfortable and room clean. Would most definitely stay again. The hotel has 4 Floors (Penthouse on 4th), Salon on 1st...

“What did it for me was Ms. Dot she was so friendly and courteous. She made me feel at home and I hope to see her again my next stay. I hope that everyone who works there is a nice and helpful as she is”

“Didnt have towels . Bed sheets had cigarette burnt holes and was very dirty”

“One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at roaches crawling everywhere filthy dirty doors all busted up crap on the wall roaches running around no plug for the refrigerator lights on the bed do not work No shampoo or conditioner given shower filthy toilet filthy looking I will never stay there again”

“Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

“The property is a very nice clean very well staffed very polite. We had no issues. The pool is great walking distance to all the bars and they don’t tell you on weekends. You get free complementary breakfast next-door at the restaurant. It’s really a great place to stay.”

“The way they have this listed is like you ate getting the house but actually they put you in a cottage, which was nice and clean just a little confusing otherwise everything was great.”

“Staff at front desk was unfriendly and confrontational. Room and lobby smelled of smoke. No luggage carts available at check in or check out. Buffet was not open every day. Pool area was dirty and not well maintained. Not enough umbrellas for the amount of tables in the pool area.”

“This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!”
