“Väldigt trevligt hotell, ett stenkast från Tibern och det trevliga området Trastevere, med många mysiga restauranger. Väldigt bra skick, och hög standard. Kunnig och serviceinriktad personal. Vi är väldigt nöjda med Palazzo Velabro, vi bodde där 6 nätter. Lite kritik, en fantastiskt trevlig hotellbar fanns på terrassen på plan 1, men den missade vi nästan pga knapp information.”

“Hotellet ligger riktigt bra till - mitt i smeten och nära till allting. Bra bar på taket. Bra frukost. De har alla funktioner (incheckning, rumskontroll, utcheckning) helt automatiserat. Något som är kul i fem minuter men mest ställer till det. Skulle gärna åka dit igen. ”

“Great location with most attraction in walking distance. Nicely furnished clean room with so many thoughtful little things i.e. great coffee machine with several types of coffees and teas, small kit-kat style crackers, umbrella, sewing kit, excellent toiletries....staff was super helpful. They have cookies and teas in the lounge room that we became addicted to. We had breakfast for two out of five days and then realized we should have taken breakfast option for all days at discounted rate. My...

In particolare Pierpaolo, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli su zone da visitare al di fuori delle principali aree turistiche, e Giorgio, che ci ha aiutato a chiamare l’ambulanza quando mio marito ha avuto un improvviso attacco di calcoli biliari. Grazie mille! La colazione era davvero buona, con sia dolce che salato. Molto apprezzato anche il fatto che al mattino si potesse avere un vero cappuccino.”

“Our stay at the Otivm hotel to celebrate our 15:th wedding anniversary was wonderful! The service was great! Our room with a private terrace was incredible! We couldn’t have found a better location with walking distance to everything. The only thing we didin’t love was the beds, they were rock hard and the breakfast was only ok, BUT, the staff really made an effort to accommodate special dietary needs. We loved it and will definitely come back! ”
