“Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.”

“La habitación limpia pero los muebles descuidados. Las instalaciones de la villa Casa Blanca deteriorada. Algunas lamas de las ventanas rotas. Los abanicos de las habitaciones no funcionan, solo uno. Solo un tv en uno de los cuartos, los otros dos no tienen. La ropa de cama y almohadas de mala calidad. Los envases de shampoo y gel de baño vacios. Incluye desayuno, la fruta es limitada si se acaba no reponen. La atención del personal del desayuno estuvo regular. No llega el wiffi a la junior...

“The location was nice and the house was very cozy and had everything we needed. My kids loved the easy access to the beach and the private pool.”

“El hotel esta localizado en un lugar muy bonito y la vista es increible, tiene detalles con la limpieza y el desayuno incluido es poco variado y sirven muy poco pero de ahi en fuera el personal es demasiado atento y te hacen sentir muy VIP, la zona de bar y alberca son geniales y pasas un rato muy divertido con los demas huespedes aunque no los conozcas. ¿Si volveria? Claro que si ”

“Shower only had hot water for about 2 minutes. We informed the host who said maintenance had fixed the issue but it never got fixed. Also, all the fixtures (towel hanger, toilet paper hanger etc.) were barely fastened to the wall. On two different occasions they became dislodged. Overs it just seemed like the place was cheap and not well maintained. ”
