The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
